As Chairman of the Board of Directors and Founder of Total Marketing Associates, Fred Cimaglio is the leader of the company. Along with the sales and management team—short and long-range planning programs and goals are formulated to ensure continued growth. Coordinating program development from America’s leading Lawn & Garden producers to presentation and implementation is a task that Fred has enjoyed since entering the Lawn & Garden Industry in 1966.
After 44 years of business Fred Cimaglio remains Chairman of the Board. He is retired and living at home with his lovely wife and business partner Judith. Fred spends his days working with many charities around the community in helping them raise necessary funds to survive and take care of others. That has always been Fred’s goal in life, to help others succeed and do well. He had a vision and his vision is still alive and strong today in Rolling Meadows Illinois. Fred is with us always and we love sharing with him our daily, weekly, monthly and annually success stories. He still gets as excited today as he was 44 years ago. People often refer to him as “The Godfather of Lawn & Garden.” And we will always refer to him as such. He paved the way for many to begin their own Representative agencies and continue to this day in successful Representation Firms.
